My background is Finance and my last corporate job was Finance Director at BMW’s prestigious Flagship dealership on Park Lane, Mayfair London.

I left there after suffering burnout, being off work for 7 months after standing up against a bullying regime. I wasn’t being bullied myself, however I stood up for those who were too weak to stand up for themselves, and quickly found out that profits came before people.

I paid the ultimate price for doing the right thing. I lost the job I loved.

Within a 3 month period I lost the job I loved, and the fabulous income and benefits package which went with it, I left my first wife after 20 years and my mom died.

What with losing my well paid corporate job, and my wife getting everything in the divorce, I literally lost EVERYTHING.

In truth as a consequence I lived a life of mediocrity for many years, unaware how the trauma of child hood and other events had taken a serious effect on my health and well being.

From my experience many people live lives of quiet desperation, they become comfortable with their uncomfortableness, unaware of how to break the destructive cycle they find themselves in.

I’m testament as to what is possible when you start to use effective science based methodology and therapies.
