To understand RTT, it’s useful to understand your subconscious mind. This is the part of your mind that is the most powerful, containing infinite wisdom and a very deep level of intelligence. It is your untapped resource for creativity and imagination. Your subconscious mind is the seat of all your emotions and therefore directs nearly all of your behavior. Most importantly, your subconscious is also responsible for maintaining your body in good health and for all autonomic processes (e.g. breathing, blood circulation, tissue regeneration, repair etc.) Hypnosis is a safe way of accessing this natural intelligence and issuing new instructions to create seemingly miraculous changes in you, your behavior and your body.
Actually you already know what RTT feels like, because you have experienced natural hypnotic states every day of your life, when daydreaming or driving or watching TV. These are those pleasant, dreamlike states where we “drift off”. The Safe, Intentional Hypnosis we use during your sessions is entering these same, natural states deliberately and with awareness. Invariably clients have several issues, however I can only work on one main issue at a time because our mind demands clarity. You will be asked at the outset what is your primary issue you wish to work on. Obviously you can choose to have further sessions if you wish to resolve other issues. Often, resolving your primary issue has a positive impact on other areas of your life.
Most issues can successfully be resolved in 1 to 3 sessions. Some people feel the results immediately, for others, it takes more time for them to realise that they no longer have that issue in their lives anymore. You may find that once you have resolved one issue, you want to come back and work on another one.
Yes, People have busy lives so most prefer not having to travel to me. As I have an international client base, 95% of all my client work is actually conducted online. ABSOLUTELY YES, you are assured of confidentiality about anything you disclose in our session in accordance with professional codes of ethics. I will not contact any other professional you may be seeing without your permission. I also follow legal information privacy laws to protect any documents related to a session. Documents will be destroyed after 12 months. While I would very much appreciate testimonials on the success of your session, nothing you say will be used without your permission.
You are in complete control during hypnosis. If you don’t wish to share something, you don’t have too. It’s ok to keep details to yourself. Obviosuly the more open you are the better, however I can still help you as long as you can tell me how the “unrevealed details” make you feel. I will guide you through the process of understanding how that memory affects your current issue.
